Postmarked 1959; the Palace (300 Ouellette), right-hand side, opened in the 1920s, and re-built in 1987, and then re-vamped in 2002; Red Robin (331 Ouellette) moved to this location in 1949; it is a renovated 1920s building. Zeller's store is at 309 Ouellette Ave.; Pond's Drug Store is on the southwest corner of Ouellette Avenue and University Avenue (formerly London Street); in the 1930s there was also a Pond's Drug Store on, or near, the northwest corner of Ouellette Avenue and Wyandotte Street; this photograph is taken in-between Park Street and University Avenue, looking north along Ouellette Avenue.
