Notes: Postmarked 1910; mouth of the Grand Trunk Tunnel under the St. Clair River, running from Port Huron, Michigan to Sarnia, Ontario; Port Huron side; designed by Joseph Hobson, it opened in 1891; it was 6,025 feet long with a diameter of 19 feet, 10 inches and cost $2.7 million; it was replaced by a new tunnel which opened in 1994; addressed to Mrs. Frank Stuber. |
