Postmarked 1913; looking west along Main Street towards Division Street; the red brick building on the left (southeast corner) is the Conklin Building; the Wigle Block is on the southwest corner; The Windsor, Essex, and Lake Shore Rapid Railway opened the streetcar line between Kingsville and Essex on Thursday, September 19th, 1907; service extended to Windsor shortly after; during rush hours, the streetcars had extra trailers attached; the postcard is addressed to Miss Bernice McGeachy.
