Notes: Postmarked 1952; Harrison Hall was built in the mid 19th century and was located at the corner of 5th Street and 6th Street; its architectural style was Richardsonian Romanesque; when city plans to demolish the building in 1980 became known, developer David Walsh of Toronto offered to purchase and renovate the hall; the city declined his offer and the building was demolished in 1981; the postcard is addressed to Miss Switak. |
