Notes: On the east (right) side: Bank of Montreal is on the southeast corner of Chatham Street East and Ouellette Avenue, at 200 Ouellette Avenue; Stuart Clothes (294), Heintzman And Company, Pianos is in the Heintzman Building on the southeast corner of Ouellette Avenue and London Street(now University Avenue). On the west (left) side: the Dominion Public Building (now called the Paul Martin Building) is between Pitt Street and Chatham Street. It housed the post office on the main floor. Kresge Co. is at 245 Ouellette Avenue and the Imperial Bank of Commerce is on the northwest corner of Ouellette Avenue and London Street, at 285 Ouellette Avenue. |
