Notes: c. 1935; the Medical Arts Building is located at 1011 Ouellette Avenue, near the southwest corner of Ouellette Avenue and Erie Street; designed by J. R. Sculland and built in 1930, it is a seven-story art deco building that originally housed medical and dental offices and medical services; before the building elevator was modernized in 1999, it was the last staff-operated elevator in the city. |
