Notes: Postmarked 1930; "Giles Boulevard, beautifully situated at the south end of Windsor and running east an west, is one of the show streets of Windsor. It is handsomely adorned with pretty flowers and shrubberies and its homes rank among the finest of Windsor."; the Essex County War Memorial was designed by George F. Masson to remember those who died in World War I; it was unveiled on November 11th, 1924. It was originally located at the intersection of Giles Boulevard and Ouellette Avenue, facing Ouellette Avenue.
