Notes: The Reverend Francis Marseilles was the pastor in the parish of River Canard for 45 years. He was born in France about 1827 and died in Windsor on September 26th, 1914. He was a long-time supporter of Assumption College and anonymously donated his life savings of $5,000 for the construction of Assumption Chapel. |
