c. 1928; "Ouellette Avenue, running north and south, is Windsor's main thoroughfare. Many of Windsor's most important business houses, as well as office buildings, are located on this street, while beautiful homes are plentiful on the southern part of the avenue."; the post office is located on the southwest corner of Ouellette Avenue and Pitt Street; the Royal Bank Of Canada is on the southeast corner of Ouellette Avenue and Pitt Street. The Royal Bank Building was formerly called the Manning Block (until 1913).
