The Rotunda, a reconstruction of the Ford exhibit at the Chicago World's Fair [1934], was completely redesigned and reopened in June 1953, during the Ford Motor Company's Fiftieth Anniversary observance. Host to millions of visitors, the Rotunda is open daily."; designed by Albert Kahn; destroyed by fire in 1962.
