Postmarked 1912; the light house on Belle Isle, Detroit Michigan; built in 1881, the lighthouse was inhabited by the lighthouse keeper Louis Fetes and his family for almost 40 years; by the 1940s the lighthouse had fallen into disrepair and was demolished to provide space for the current U.S. Coast Guard Station; addressed to Miss Anna Hogan.
