Postmarked 1927; Hiram Walker And Son's main office building, located at 2072 Riverside Drive east, was built between 1892 and 1894. Designed by the firm of Mason and Rice of Detroit, the style is 16th century Italian Renaissance architecture in Florentine style. Head draftsman Albert Kahn created the interior, which included mahogany and walnut paneling, imported marble and fine woodcarving. The main office is one and a half stories on the Riverside Drive side and two stories on the river side (from Canada’s Historic Places website). The postcard is addressed to Mr. E. V. Sabarian.
