This is the intersection of Elliott Street West and Elm Avenue, looking east; the U.S. parent company, Sterling Winthrop Drug opened the Windsor plant in 1924; it closed in 1958 when the company moved to Aurora, Ontario; they made products such as Bayer aspirin, Midol, and Vicks Vapo Rub.
