Notes:
Postmarked 1911; the Mamajuda Lighthouse was built in 1849 (and rebuilt in 1866) on Mamajuda Island, which was located east of the northern end of Grosse Ile on the American side of the Detroit River near Wyandotte, Michigan; slow erosion caused the lighthouse to be washed away in 1950, and by 1960 the entire island had become submerged; the postcard is addressed to Mrs. F. J. Brown.
