Photograph c. 1900?; location: unknown museum; the Battle of Moraviantown (a.k.a. the Battle of the Thames) took place on October 5th, 1813; the British, under Major General Henry Procter, were defeated by the Americans, under Major General Henry Harrison. Chief Tecumseh was also killed.
